WSC has advised that the placement of bollards on Brogden Road, North EntranceIn to protect the reserve are programmed to be completed by the end of this calendar year. See documents here.

In response to TEPCP lodging a complaint with the NSW Inforrmation Commissioner WSC moves quickly to change it's position on publishing personal details to bring it in line with The Office of the Information Commissioner's Guideline 3 for Local Councils that advises that personal information contained in development applications should not be put on Council websites. This included personal contact details, eg phone numbers or email addresses and signatures.
On 16th November, 2010, Glenn Weymer, RTA Manager, presented to TEPCP on “Strategic Planning for The Central Coast Highway through Long Jetty and The Entrance". TEPCP's report on the presentation is on the Speakers Page. The RTA was unwilling to provide TEPCP with details of the design on which the presentation was based.
On 7 June 2012 The Manager of Government information and Privacy decided under Section 58(1)(a) of the GIPA Act to provide full sccess to the information sought.

Following advice from Tuggerah Lakes, LAC, Crime Prevention Officer, Senior Constable Bethany Gaudlin that Tuggerah Lakes, LAC were not keeping a database on reported graffiti attacks NWSGF decided to recommend the community use "Vandaltrack" web site to report attacks as they keep a database and inform both Police and Wyong Shire Council of your report.

WSC has identified 3 scenarios for Council’s
financial future. Scenario 1 - No additional rate income above the Rate Peg Scenario 2 - Real increased income of 6.5% above Rate Peg each year over 7 years. Scenario 3 - Real increased income of 9.5% above Rate Peg each year over 7 years. Scenario 2 recommended.

Charges in Wyong will raise 46% over the next 4 years. If Wyong Shre Council's submission is approved an average consumer using 160kl/year water rate would increase from $1059 this year to $1548 by 2017.

Point 3 of resolution: "That Council resolve that its sea level rise interim policy consist of compliance with the 1% AEP flood level and 500mm freeboard allowance" confuses rainfall events (1% AEP) with sea level. See Minutes of resolution.

The recommendations cover the next five, 10 and 20 years, and have been developed to be affordable and realistic
